Adoption of Improved Small Ruminant Husbandry Practices among Ranchers in Selangor, Malaysia

This study determined the extent to which improved husbandry practices in area were adopted by ranchers of small ruminants. A total 100 respondents ruminant selected for this study, using simple random sampling. Data analyzed descriptive percentage and cross tabulation determine adoption among ranchers. The revealed that reproduction, healthcare feeding had a higher rate key management compared general management. findings majority (65%) classified as medium level adopters animal practices, with an average index 65. rates should be enhanced promoting guidance, education their evaluation on practices.
